Shipping, costs & delivery times?
We ship from our showroom in Canggu, Bali.
Bali
For unframed posters, same-day delivery is available via Gojek if your order is in stock. You can also arrange your own Gojek — our team will hand your order directly to the driver.
For framed posters, delivery costs depend on your location. We will confirm the exact amount before shipping.
Please allow 4 to 7 business days.
Rest of Indonesia
For unframed posters, we ship nationwide via JNE or J&T.
Delivery usually takes 2 to 3 business days.
Where are your products manufactured?
All our posters are printed and framed in Bali, Indonesia. We work with local craftsmen and printers selected for the quality of their materials and finish.
Our frames are available in standard sizes (A3, A2, A1) in black, white or natural wood. For custom framing or special requests, we recommend our friend Tinta Solution.
Can I modify, cancel or return my order?
You can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of your payment by contacting us directly via WhatsApp or email. After this period, your order will already be in preparation.
We accept returns within 7 days of receipt, if the product is damaged or does not match your order.
Contact us with a photo of the package upon receipt.
How do I care for my poster?
Avoid areas exposed to humidity or direct heat — the paper may warp if placed too close to an air conditioner or heat source. Avoid direct sunlight too, or put some sunscreen on it.
To clean, use a soft dry cloth. If your poster is framed, the glass can be cleaned with a standard alcohol-free product.
But the best way to care for it is to admire it every day and keep it for the rest of your life.
